Full disclosure I listed this for sale, and I certainly am not promoting the coin. Just seems to be even more of a challenge than I first thought judging from the notes of bidders who write. I am hearing some say Phalanna? Originally I thought this an eagle but it could be an off struck horse rearing, again I was told this by others. Greek Letter Φ under the horse or eagle I imagine. Any of you sure you know this coin as now I am quite curious. 12mm, 1.62 grams

I believe the obverse is Athena. Crest is just barely seen above at 12:00 and again at 5:00, and the triangular base of the helmet can be seen at the neck.

Size is right for a chalkous of Pharsalos, Thessaly, with Φ-Α-Ρ in retrograde with the phi appearing below the horse. Like these:
