1999-WAM-LMC?-Need-Help-Please

There were a few different reverse dies used first off that may have a slight design difference, and secondly, depending on die state, width of devices can change( they get thinner as the dies are polished off more and more) Yours is the second case, see how thin the left leg of the M is compared to the right? The M is exactly centered and has even width devices on the WAMs.

All of those are CAMs, just one is a bit worn and corroded
