I think yours compares pretty favorably on wear, though too bad for the marks below the neck.
For what it's worth, there are very few NGC graded examples of the 10 peso (10) in relation to other dates in the series (there are 60 of the 1906). As to whether you would regain the cost of grading in a sale, again, there are too few graded examples selling of the 10 P type to get a fix on that. I see only 4 sales of this type in the CoinArchives database, none of them graded.
