Somebody posted over at PCGS forums and I'm copying the images here for a discussion. Without having the edge picture initially, what raised some flags with me initially were the lion punch (large mouth) and the broken castle (i haven't seen this before on an 1821 reverse). Once the edge image was posted, the squared-off circles did point to the full weight restrikes Bob talked about in length in the past.

Weight is 26.85 grams

Thoughts?

This coin is not regal, meaning that it was not struck by the Mexico mint. It is not a re-strike because re-strikes are struck from original dies sometime later, these dies are not original. In additional to the obvious problems noted above, the straight upper part of the lions' tail is unusual.
