This guy is notorious for his scam tricks for many years.

Many people in Europe were left with nothing after he convinced them to send him money or gold coins as payment for his coins which he never owned.

He just seems to have opened a new ebay account where he asks people for a wire transaction and of course never sends out any coins to his buyers.

He is offering realistic prices (not too cheap) in order to look serious.

He would not accept Paypal, only a wire transfer.

Beware as he seems to be a professional scammer in all disciplines!

Here is a message he has sent to an American militaria dealer:

Dear Sir,

First excuse my bad english but I am French. Hope you will understand my message.
I saw on internet that you are a German militaria WWII specialist and may
be you could help me.
I got from my father his WWII militaria collection and I already sold the
french and english items to a collector here in France.
I still have german items, a SS dagger and 16 Nazi badges.
I join pictures.
Do you know about them, especially the value ?
Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards from France,
Lionel Diaz

Reportedly all his photographs of the German militaria were taken from someone else´s website.

Here is the link to his listings:

Anyone who does not want to make a donation to him should not send him money!

THIS IS HIS CURRENT BANK ACCOUNT: FR7617807000140511915483414

He will probably use it with his next ebay account and scam.

The guy uses different aliases and is a good storyteller!

I thought, in Europe at least, that acceptance of Paypal was mandatory for ebay sellers.

He's been at it a very, very long time- Here's one from 2014 he tried on me:

Bonjour jdmern,

First excuse my bad english but I am french.
I bought for my own collection (mostly France and french colonies) a
very important lot from a retired dealer and I found some foreign
items.
2 coins are from USA, 50 cents 1905 and 50 cents 1906, each one in a
NGC slab.
As you are specialist of US coins, is it possible to send to you
pictures so you can tell me more about them ?
Thank's a lot in advance.

Not sure on if that's true on the UK ebay site, but not on the other European ebay sites

Dear collector,

First excuse my bad english but I am French. I hope you will understand my message.
You collect coins from New Zealand and may be you could help me.
I bought for my collection (France and French colonies) a big group of proof coins and I found some foreign items. One set is from New Zealand, in a white plastic holder with the words "Waitangi Proof Set - 1935" and with 6 coins : 3 pence , 6 pence, Shilling, Florin, Half Crown and Crown.
Do you know about this set, especially the value ?
