Hey everyone! I bought this on ebay for really good price and it's really hard to determine if it's counterfeit or not. Thanks

No, it is not counterfeit. Perhaps polished or plated, but not counterfeit.
Rest in Peace

Authentic - cleaned, likely polished.

Yes - this is a 1936 Buffalo nickel - alas likely little numismatic value.

I should hope even in China they wouldn't waste time counterfeiting a Nickel. Yes yours is just highly cleaned.

I'm no Buffalo nickel expert but I would guess it's probably worth 50 cents to a dollar. Unfortunately when someone cleans a coin like this, it loses most of its value. Anytime you see a coin with some wear but still looks shiny, it's likely cleaned or polished. Hopefully you didn't pay too much for it and it's a cheap lesson learned.
