It is, but it is expensive with them. You would be looking at costs of something like 50 or 60 dollars a coin with PCGS for the grading and conservation. That's fine if you are willing to pay that from sentimental value, if you are thinking of selling though from how you've described them the cost of that would be more than most if not all will be worth
