Double Ear? 1944-D Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC

stevieb Valued Member United States 270 Posts	Posted 09/11/2018 12:40 pm I think I got lucky yesterday with this 44 Double ear. The photo doesn't give it justice. It looks much more like a double ear through the loupe Any help you can give me would be great. Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/11/2018 12:49 pm Sorry, but your looking at a normal ear with a bit of coin damage on it. The ear would be enlarged if it were a doubled ear. I checked the three online site and there is not listing for a doubled ear on any of them. stoneman227 Pillar of the Community United States 2376 Posts	Posted 09/11/2018 2:22 pm Actually, there is a doubled ear for the 1944 Denver issue but it is unlisted . I found one years ago but never sent it in. It's rather minor but has two pickup points. Report this Post to the Staff
