XF-45 details cleaned is a way of saying that the coin has XF-45 details (it's grade), and appears to have been cleaned at some point. The hairlines between the date and lower hair curls, and in the field in front of liberty can be associated with a cleaning.... but....this evaluation is based on an image only.
