What grade would you give this note? I'm trying to decide if I should buy.

Very difficult to grade paper money from photos, but I would say this is VF-30 at best based on the apparent creases.

With the creases and discoloration, I would have to say Fine.
How much is the seller asking?
The book price on that variety is about $140.00.

At larger shows you can easily find this note in much better shape for reasonable prices

Thanks for the replies. The seller is asking $159 + $20 shipping.

I would prefer to see something in hand rather than rely on a picture. When I was at the last Toronto Coin Expo I was disappointed with the lack of supply of older banknotes that the dealers had.
