It indeed has value as an off-set struck coin. While not enough and in good enough condition to warrant spending the $80 plus fees, it would pull $15-20 on ewwboy at the least, I'd give ya 15 for it easy...try an auction. It appears to be a double struck or jammed upon ejection coin as well. An interesting mint error piece for sure. Try reading this:
