I can see "similarities", but 1) much clearer pic needs to really determine and 2) doubling is usually seen on other points of a coin, plus markers and a lot of other info needed.
Need clear pix of the different pickup points, say divided in 4 or 6 parts. Then it would be helpful to list the source of reference, attribution #, and where the item sold and for what. (sometimes these are really bogus sales, makes good copy for a worthless book). Lastly, what are YOU seeing and using as points of comparison. Right now, as I said, similar ain't identical. I see major die scratches on the real
DDO, does that mean you're isn't a
DDO or just a different die state? A lot more needs to be shown to correctly assess, particularly the Class 6's, without clear notching or separation lines.
Final point, I never get jazzed up over the "it sold for stacks o' cash" concept. Much like a difference in pricing between an MS62 and MS69, what grade/condition is the coin in. Is it a common DD (high pop) or one that was caught early and dies replaced making a very rare issue? Problem with the slight Class 6's is the.former. usually high population runs. That is why I ask for other pix, a high value has to have some meat to it, not much on IGWT there, so where is it?
