It is a long term seller with 100% feedback over few thousand transactions, so for under $20.00 he accepted my offer and I'm going to venture and purchase it, what do you think? If there is a return option then you have something to fall back on if you don't like it. If it is mislabeled by the seller then you still have the option to return it regardless,right?
