The 69 D's that are truely no FG sell for a premium. There are very many where the faintest trace of FG can be seen, they are generally not considered no FG coins. I've looked at a lot under scopes, and up close you can't see the FG, and far away you can't see the FG, but when you get the light at the right angle, it breaks your heart. I'd make sure before sending it out for certification, if warranted (I forget what they are going for these days), adjust your lighting and focus however you can.
