I found this coin in pocket change. I believe this to be a triple broad strike on a Roosevelt dime. You can see all the strikes on the dime. All it says is for the year and mint mark is 200 P. So what is the exact I don't know because I can't tell. So any help in this search will be greatly appreciated.I also believe that there is doubling on the 2 in 200 P

Just heavily damaged ( PMD) not a mint error.

That's not an error. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD), meaning that it happened after it left the U.S. Mint. It's a hammer job. That means that they place a coin, on top of another coin, and then smacked it very hard with a hammer, causing the devices (details and letters) to transfer onto the surfaces.
