I have acquired a collection and ran across this coin and haven't had any luck with research. I was wondering what it's worth is and any other information about it.

to the sad answer department.

It is a private issue replica oof the $20 St Gaudens Gold coin last issued in 1933, says of 14kt jewelry gold, not the most expensive of things. It is a novelty actually and only worth it's melt weight in gold value, guessing @ 1 gram maybe? About $30 I would think then, pawn shop would give you $5. Keep it for the sentiment and novelty.

Its specifications are given elsewhere as 8.90mm and 0.40dwt (0.62207 grams) in 14 kt gold. This gives it a melt value of about $14.

It's not worth a lot, but it's a neat little novelty item to keep around.
