To CCF! It's not a Doubled Die Obverse. I believe that is caused by reprocessing (replating) the coin. Unfortunately, that hurts the value of the Steel Wheat cent, and it's not worth nearly as much.

to CCF. The proper term is doubled die,not double die...just so you know. You will need to practice your coin pic skills a bit. The better the pic,the better we can help you.

It shouldn't look like that:

With imperfections on the plating, it makes nothing look like something in the glare.
