Exactly what is it we are supposed to be looking for.
All I can see is a regular 1964 CENT with possible
environmental toning.

Color is due to some sort of chemical or environmental exposure.

to the coin wonderland!

1964's were made with very worn working hub dies. The details had stretched towards the outer rim in a process known as "Metal Flow" This had a distortion to the lettering, at times they touched the rim and disappeared. The reverse appears to be slightly offset, this may just be a Misaligned die (MAD) or even a "broadstruck" coin where the collar on the die press didn't fully deplot and surround the coin when struck. We'd have to see the rim of the coin to tell.
