This "1916" Standing Liberty quarter was just relisted for $1,500 after not selling the first time around.

This is no ordinary 1916. It is the rare type with the three stars under the eagle. The seller doesn't mention that, but I thought I'd point it out.

Another no date coin being poorly passed off as a 1916.

Heh, both his listings keep cycling through untouched and unchanged...I predict a zero feedback for the foreseeable future..

Reminds me of an old Bob & Ray skit

- I see you're selling copy machines. How much?

-$1,000,000.

-That's ridiculous! No one would pay that.

--All I have to sell is one.

If he can find a buyer, this seller just MIGHT be able to find another one of these 1916's to offer.

The listing says 1916, but the details below say that it's the even rarer 1930-S, with a mintage of only 1556 coins.

That seller is all goofed up. In his description it is stated it is a 1930-S and he states also it is the stars beneath the eagle type.

But then who ever reads the auction descriptions!

Yeah, for $1500 why read the details? Chump change for a coin this precious.

What an idiot....but he only has to sell one...he's not offering returns...
