Good eye, although these sorts of die chips are quite common, especially for this year. I'd say 64 RD based on these pics, though I wonder about an apparent oxidation spot on the lower reverse which might well lower that grade.

Photo quality makes it hard to see what is going on with the surfaces. MS-63RD is a guess.
