You are right. Check the bay for sold values. Put it in a 2x2.

Your right, an off centre strike that shows the date.
Too bad about the corrosion. Do not let it come in contact
with your other coins.
As John suggested, put it in a 2x2.

I don't think that is corrosion,it is exposed zinc.

The real question however... is it a 1991 from Philly or Denver?

Yes it is exposed zinc, but the zinc has lost it's "shine" it is starting to oxidize into zinc oxide.

You need to put that in a 2x2 now, because the exposed Zinc is going to cause Zinc Rot eventually.

The exposed zinc is from the coin stretching because if was not in the collar.
