The only thing I can make out is the date on back right of 00.
It's a copper coin. On front has head facing right.The obverse lettering is hard to see.

Well in this condition, I doubt it.
Anyway you can check if the mintmark is visible.

You also can get 3 kreuzer and 6 kreuzer with this design.

There, the coin is shown in a better condition.

Well, I've seen quite a lot of this type coins. Often in similar or only slightly better condition. Therefore, I conclude that they are quite common even though they are from 1800. Myself, I have a 3 kreuzer one.
