1984 D & 1983 D Jefferson Nickels - Grade / Step Designation?

I assume the 1983 looks better on surface, just has some gunk that I have not tried to clean off. That is the one I think I possibly see some doubling on, but haven't checked Double Die list yet...hmm? Report this Post to the Staff
Jay_R New Member United States 24 Posts	Posted 09/20/2018 07:09 am Die Deterioration Doubling confuses me at times as well. as far as a FS designation I don't think this coin would get it a few steps seem to blend. possible notches at the bottom the the T in Cents but I don't see anything anywhere else. so could be PMD. maybe MS62 or 63 at best strike looks good.
