Found it in Georgia, in mountain region. I cant read the letters, but I assume it's roman since there is a head with laureat on one side and the fortuna on the other side.

Any ideas/ historical data? value?

Looks like a barbarous issue, writing is jiberrish, images are just likenesses not a Roman issue. Could even be a fake if not gold.

It is imitating a Roman Aureus from around 270-300 AD- Maybe made in Ukraine or Georgia..
Hercules is on the reverse

apparently it is not fake, but it really looks like a badly made imitation if I compare it to other roman coins. Coin has documents that prove it is genuine.

Very interesting initiation of a Roman coin, the obverse appears to be double struck. Ancient coins traveled great distances so I'm not surprised where this was found.

I agree with Arnoldoe, certainly Herakles on the reverse, not Fortuna. He may be holding a bow as well as the club. Perhaps a candidate for the prototype: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=338091
