I know this is a rare coin but this one I have has straight edges and everything. It is well struck.. what are the other attributes of the 64 SMS?

Both of these coins are well struck but the one on the left has straight edges and it's got a satin look to it.

Just a nice business strike, not a SMS.

I agree with SilverDollar, regular business strike. What do you mean by SMS Cent?

SMS- (Special-Mint-Set) They were the fill in for the proof cents during 1965-1967. (big change crunch during those years because of silver being pulled from circulation at that time. Ramped up production from all 4 (three show mintage totals) mints with none showing mint marks to prevent collectors to have to same one from each mint.

Look at the bottom right corner of the building on both coins..the one on the right has a sharp angle to it..

The one on the left does not.

I dont know if that's any thing significant or not just what I noticed when looking at it.

Look for die polishing lines they will be present on both the obverse and reverse of the coin, this is an indication but not a confirmation of an sms coin, all the devices should be very sharp and clean and show no signs of die wear,as well as the squared rims

New BU coins have crisp rim, but that doesn't make them SMS coins. The die state world be a major clue, alcohol matching die scratches. There just a few coins struck, so the obverse dies on these are often a fresher die state because if a fresher hub being used. (All of these were struck in the same run) the reverse dies while being fresh, were from the common hubs. (Meaning they were not from a fresh hub.

I noticed this is the case on the quarter reverse) So chances of finding one in circulation would almost be impossible. A pipe dream. Just a few sets were struck.
