Agricultural Medal?

I know this is a long shot, finding out where, when and what this medal was used for, but I figured I would see if anyone recognizes it. I love the look of the grapes in the tray, and think this is beautiful medal. Again, I don't know much about this piece, so any additional info would be much appreciated.

It is a beauty and I think I have seen it before. It is a "Still Life" design I think with a space for engraving.

Could be Bertrand Andrieu 1761 - 1822 French engraver of medals. He was born in Bordeaux. In France, he was considered as the restorer of the art, which had declined after the time of Louis XIV. During the last twenty years of his life, the French government commissioned him to undertake every major work of importance.
I see he did a lot of Napoleon medals.

I've little doubt, this piece had it's place in a winemaking competition, particularly

the grapes.
