This is a strange on to me for sure!

What am I seeing here?

I do see some raised metal in a few other places as well...still reviewing.

I agree it's a clash.
The lines you are seeing in Bay #3 are from the two dies clashing together and are from the back of Lincoln's head.
It is a nice clash that actually clashed twice, judging by the two lines in bay 3.

It definitely lines up...but if so is also doubled. But I also see so extra metal, that doesn't make sense... Lower Bay2 (pic1) and Bay8 (pic4- where Lincoln lower chin would have possibly hit?)

Or die movement after the clash, like a moving/sliding.

remember some dies even move a bit out of alignment during the clash making a new clash line.
