I Have What I Think Is A Rare Error Coin I Need Help With Please (1993 Quarter)

Titles are Important! * I got some change at a gas station earlier today. The quarter that they gave me looks like an error coin to me and I cannot find anything similar to anywhere online... So please any input anybody may have on the value or anything please Post-it, I appreciate all input and help! Thank you very much in advance! What I have is a 1993 P Quarter, all the letters are bold so I think it may be a double die? Some of the letters on the back are cracked so maybe cracked die, or could just be where or something? The error I have in question though, on the front of the Corn Within the first two numbers of the year, it looks like a star? It's vague but you can see it, I will try and add a picture... Please help, I hope it's valuable... I could really use the money! Lol :-) Report this Post to the Staff

Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 09/23/2018 2:18 pm to the land of disappointed dreams. Your coin has no major "Mint" errors on it. It appears to have been a "carwash" coin, spent a lot of time in vending mechanisms which cause damages of all sorts, especially right next to rim. Add that to circulation wear and contact hits/dings, and yours is a result. Don't be too disappointed tho, still worth a quarter. Report this Post to the Staff

Here's a reference http://goccf.com/t/309086. Between the date it looks to be a well placed hit from circulation that raised the metal. It's a safe spender. But if you have anything else just ask!
