I got this in a trade from Jim0815. I traded my 1988 P LMC RDV-006, after finding my second one in AU condition. Is this 1D0-003?

Yes, I would say it is one because of the way the lower loop of the 2 is not as enlarged when compared to the 008. Compare your two coins and you will see what I mean.
