There are so many phony Trade dollars out there, when they look a bit odd, I am biased towards thinking they are fake, especially ones described as high grade that are not in a TPG holder. Not real sure about the one described as BU, but the one missing the L in DOLLAR just looks as fake as can be. The coin has had a lot of hits, but the hand holding the branch appears off and the foot look off. My opinion the counterfeiter made the error. The second 77s does appear genuine.
