I don't know what I have here, and would like your opinions. The area I am referring to is the last "T" in "In God We Trust". At first I was thinking die crack, but the anomaly goes under the crossbar on the "T". I did my best in capturing the error, but please keep in mind that the photos are taken through the protective shrink wrap of the set. You can also see a faint fingerprint on the plastic. There is also a faint line through the "S". I really don't want to open it up, as it is well sealed.
This set is hard to find, and I could not find any information online regarding an error in the set.
It looks a lot like a die scratch/gouge. If that's the case, then it was a repeatable event and there should be more of them out there. I don't own that set or coin (yet), or I would check mine.

I agree with die gouge. note how it flows behind the device? That is because the die gouge is on the field. (the outside part of the die) this makes it look like it is behind the device.
Ordinarily this would be to small of an error to get a premium, but due to the extremely low mintage of this issue I would not be surprise if it sold for a decent premium over the value over an ordinary example, since I don't know of any other errors for this issue off the top of my head.
