I think I can see the first E, in CENT, two more times. I didn't know if that was a clash or just considered a a double punch.

Can't be a die clash. A die clash would show some of the devices from the Obverse on the fields of the Reverse.

To me, I can see that E a few times, and it also looks like an extra image of Lincoln on obverse to the right over date.

I think you are seeing a combination of stains and the patterns created by a subpar alloy mix in the coin metal that has created a woodie cent

Yep - Doubt it's a clash, most likely a "woody" cent with improper alloy mixture.
