Sestertius of Caracalla dating from the final year of his reign. The reverse depicts a radiate lion and was likely minted to celebrate the Emperor's campaign in Persia (215-17 CE). I've linked to a short article below which discusses the importance of lions to the Severans. This particular issue is rated R3 (fewer than 6 examples known) in RIC.
