I can't help with the coin (ancients aren't my area), but...

Would that be "mookie" as in Mookie Betts?

I would ask a mod to move this to the ancient coin section.

Looks like a Alexander coin, the expert the in the ancient section
should have opinions.

Looks to be an AR drachm? of Alexander III aka "the Great" -- guessing based on how the design fits on both sides that it's not a tet.

Kind of reminds me of Lampsakos issues but the overall style obv & rev is very crude, almost barbarous, in it execution.

Obv Herakles facing right

Rev features Zeus sitting on a chair with eagle on right hand, partial vertical legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔ to the right. ΡOY is off the flan/not visible. Looks like a cone or Δ or similar monogram below the chair. I can't discern the monogram in the left field (below the eagle.)

I'll let the CCF experts weigh in with more info and a discussion of the likelihood of this being a forgery/fake or provide a more positive attribution.

I agree a drachm of Alexader III (The Great), difficult to say from your pictures but it appears genuine.
