Looks to be an AR drachm? of Alexander III aka "the Great" -- guessing based on how the design fits on both sides that it's not a tet.
Kind of reminds me of Lampsakos issues but the overall style obv & rev is very crude, almost barbarous, in it execution.
Obv Herakles facing right
Rev features Zeus sitting on a chair with eagle on right hand, partial vertical legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔ to the right. ΡOY is off the flan/not visible. Looks like a cone or Δ or similar monogram below the chair. I can't discern the monogram in the left field (below the eagle.)
I'll let the CCF experts weigh in with more info and a discussion of the likelihood of this being a forgery/fake or provide a more positive attribution.
