Hit with your best or worst shot. Again, the professional would not send this in to be graded. Can ya'll guess why and what he told me it was worth? This one has me feeling like a fool. Sticker is mine.

Although the date and mint mark placement match known authentic examples, the appearance of the fields on the reverse lead me to believe you have a struck counterfeit. The Chinese have not figured out how to replicate cartwheel lustre.

The guys that looked at it, one says 50, other maybe 53. Agree'd it's been cleaned but nothing about it being a fake. If it's real, it's in my collection, if fake, how can I prove it? Weight is good, fancy handgun (?) says it's silver, how can I find if it's real or not? This came from a roll of 20 on epay, they have quite a few on there, says it's from the early 60s from a silver hoarder.

I'm NOT knocking the seller or saying ANYTHING about what they are selling, but I bought the rolls on epay from:
Quintessential Collections, sterling*collectibles.

So what did the professional tell you it's worth?

In my opinion, an 1895-O in mid AU condition is worth having authenticated/ graded by say ANACS even if it's a details coin. The way you down played this in your first post I figured as well as others that you had been told it was a fake.

edit to add - And I'm still not convinced that it's an authentic 1895-O. I just don't see a seeded roll seller putting an 1895-O in a roll.

Had not been told this was a fake, but was told since it's been cleaned it's not worth much. I still need to know if it's real or fake? Will ANACS tell me if it's real or fake? Or can someone here tell me how to figure this out?

Looks like AU details to me, however better pics would help determine authenticity

If it's real why would it not be worth a few hundred as an AU is worth a grand or so
