Paul Bulgerin Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 09/29/2018 12:32 pm I am going away for a few days and will put my listings on "Vacation Mode". I thought that took care of delayed shipments, but when I was gone for three weeks this summer I discovered that it does not. My "on time" shipping percentage that I need to keep at 95% or better fell because I was gone. What do I need to do to notify ebay and/or buyers that there will be a delay in shipping so that my percentage of "on time" shipping is not negatively affected? Thanks. basebal21 Bedrock of the Community 13014 Posts	Posted 09/29/2018 4:37 pm Even though vacation mode is supposed to protect you, I've found the only way to make sure is to just take everything down until you get back. I literally had an item not received case opened against me during the time my store was in vacation mode and lost so I have little faith in it Report this Post to the Staff

Paul Bulgerin Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 09/29/2018 10:54 pm I went to "Vacation Setting" and found an option that allows me to block people from buying coins (BIN) while I'm gone. It tells them I am not processing orders at this time and they can put coins on their watch list and contact me when I return. That will save a lot of time and effort.
