Hokie that Texas is a beauty. I dont think I could ever part with it were I you.
Hondo in for the win with the Onza. I love Mexican silver. They do great things with the metal at their mint.

I consider this an acquisition as it recently returned from a TPG. When I caught the Commemoratives bug a few years ago, I wanted an example of the first US commem. Came across this one in a local auction in a 2 x 2. Added it to a modest Iot of grading submissions. . .was graded AU58.   |

I picked this one up in a HiBid auction for my Mexico type set. It's a two-year type (1918-1919) and not especially common. I got it for a very reasonable price because the seller's pic seemed to show a scratch on the obverse. But when I looked closely, it seemed that the "scratch" had a shadow.
