Most likely lathe lines. Although Nepal has great designs on their coins, they don't always do a great job of minting them. That's what I was thinking. They remind me of how India doesn't do the best job minting their own coins. There's tons of error coins and varieties that you can get for cheaper than U.S. error coins and varieties. India's quality control isn't like the U.S. Mint's quality control. Another nice addition, Hondo Boguss.  Errers and Varietys.
