Two recent pickups. Undated "rocketship" jeton of Louis XIV. Really, it's intended to signify mercy with the Staff of Aesculapius: "VICTORIS CLEMENTIA" means roughly "Clemency of the victor/conqueror..." I haven't looked it up in Feuardent yet but this is a common obverse type, so probably 1690-1700 for a date.   A neat and inexpensive 20 zlotych from Poland. 1980-dated and celebrating the 50th anniversary of the restoration of the sailing ship Daru. I make a habit bordering on the religious of checking every AU+ 1889 Morgan I come across, especially if it's in an old slab. But it's such an easy pickup that you have to truly be lucky and/or dealing with a blind seller. It'd be like finding a MS65RD 1909-S VDB Wheat cent in an old dealer's box of 2x2's for a couple of bucks. Doesn't stop me from looking...
