My latest acquisition came damaged in the mail, thanks goodness the coins are a okay, contacted the seller and post office, since seller didn't buy insurance he would accept return.

I opt to keep the coins, because all three has the same variety that wasn't attributed on the slab, so if submitting coins to 3rd party and if one don't add attribution to the order list, it would just be a normal coin.

The grader didn't check for it, since they only see it as a common 44-D Mercury dime.


I will post this in the error and variety section to what the variety later.

A milestone indeed.

The explanation was that it got caught in a sorting device, at first I got a message about address wasn't clear to deliver the package, then I provide the info needed for USPS, the package arrived in my mailbox with the bottom split open, good thing there was a second bubble wrap envelope that has all 3 slab tide together, amazingly that it didn't fell out of the first broken bubble wrap envelope.

But right you are that it looks almost like something or object with force equal to a hammer that crack it, still have the loose pieces in the other envelope. There's always that first time, and this was my first time getting it that stun me.
