What does "SP67RD" mean? Shouldn't it be "MS67RD"?

SP is assigned to Special Mint Set coins produced between 1965 and 1967.

Yes, that is correct.. and Only for SMS coins of all denominations

thanks OldMan, The SMS sets were a SPecial minting for those years. no mint marks at all no 'S', no 'P', no 'D' even though all mints were producing coins.
