The Long Beach Coin and Currency Expo is this weekend, I hope to make it and return with some goodies. I will be posting my findings. Not into foreign currency, but the ones I've seen here have gotten my attention....will be checking for those as well. javascript:insertsmilie(' ')

1972 Kennedy half dollarI recently pulled this half from an album. Icy blue around the rims with a nice reflection in light. Looks to be a decent grade coin.

Can anyone recommend good sources for acquiring world coins at auction or "buy now" , other than ebay?

@GaryVanWa, I saw on Steinmetz coins website, that they have a selection of "bulk or lots" of foreign coins. One I remember in particular is, 40 already in 2x2's and identified for 10 bucks or so.

Quote: Does its value warrant overlooking the graffiti? It was a pretty impulsive purchase -$46.50. Here's an NGC AU-58 that sold on Heritage Auctions for over $500. But there is another that sold for about $200.
