Yes, out of my 14 coin set, comprised of both NGC and PCGS slabbed coins, only one is displayed correctly - my PCGS 1938 example. As you know, the Oregon Trail commemorative isn't the only one typically holdered with the reverse on the front of the holder - the Arkansas, Robinson, Connecticut, Iowa, Hudson, Wisconsin, York, and Albany are also generally displayed with the reverses on front... I did not know that they did it with the lot of them. Did PCGS think that the reverse was better looking , or just didn't know the difference - which is possible, as many don't know which is which sometimes.. Collecting since 1972.
