Again sorry I am new to this but thank you all for being so nice and helpful....... I didn't say this before but my grandpa passed away last november and I bought his coin collection and now I am really in to it.... Thanks again for helping me and welcoming me! Can you help me again is this PMD or is this something?

@bprice89, I'm assuming that these are both from the same coin, is that right? In any case, the first pic seems to show a partially grease-filled die while the second pic only shows damage. Or is that the tiniest die chip between the I and B? I'm not sure.

It was Struck Through a thin layer of Grease.

On the second picture I wasn't sure if the R was PMD or the I looked like there is a second one under it to the east.

The missing letters are probably caused by a Grease Filled Die (A minor error)
The R in LIBERTY looks like it has just taken a hit.
The third picture looks like the L has taken a hit and pushed the metal over.

Yes you can keep it as an error.
Yours is fairly minor but sometimes it can cover a good potion of the coin.

That might be a Retained Cud (Die Break) on the reverse.
