There has been a rash of Chinese made counterfeit Johnson Matthey Bars
on ebay lately. Fortunately, the CCF has been able to get most of them removed
but just in case you are looking at them through other sources, the counterfeits are easy to tell.
Just look at the reverse. On the fake bars, there is part of an extra logo showing on the top.

Also can I ask if your name has anything to do with Jimmy Dean's Sasuages, we had some for dinner which is probably why I'm thinking about it.
