Any ideas on number of silver ounces and gold ounces are out there as part of bullion coins ever produced?

ASEs are produced in few million coins per year. I'm sure Maple Leafs and other bullion coins are produced in excess of millions each.

Rest in Peace

I saw a PBS documentary recently that indicated all the gold ever mined would fill up about 1/3 of the Washington Monument. Silver is ubiquitous.
