1976 P Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Doubled Die Obverse / DDO -001? Insight Needed

SamCoin Pillar of the Community United States 3237 Posts	Posted 06/06/2020 10:29 am Oof, this is a DDO. looks like about two years too late, but I was just searching the forum trying to find information on attribution for a similar DDO. The extra thickness on the bars of the E in WE and the little "bite" taken out of the bottom of the I in LIBERTY by the foot of the L are both dead giveaways for this type of class 6 doubling. SamCoin Pillar of the Community United States 3237 Posts	Posted 06/06/2020 8:40 pm Hehe of course It is kind of odd that the most significant DDO for this date isn't listed at all on varietyvista - WDDO-001 is a pretty great die, so I'm surprised Dr. Wiles has DDO-001/WDDO-002 but not that one in his files.
