Seeing tens of thousands of legitimate silver denarii the obvious fakes tend to pop out as "looking wrong." In your coin's case the reflectivity of the coin is wrong: silver doesn't shine like that, it's dull. The surfaces are also spotty and pitted likely from casting. Lettering of a struck coin never looks "fat" like that. Plus it's round because people expect coins to be round whereas with authentic ancients most are misshapen and imperfect due to the wear on the die, the placement of the planchet, how hot it is, and how tired the slave was wielding the hammer.

You beat me to it, Travelcoin. I was just about to upload the screenshot of that one from ForgeryNetwork. I too believe it's a match for the OP coin.

Salvs reverse aureii of Nero are relaively? common, as far as being common amongst Roman aureii.

This one appears to be a gold plated copy, probably with a pewter core.
