The # 4 look like DD to me but I am not sure that is right or not

There are some DDO like that. But this one looks like die flow coming from that area. The way to tell the DDOs is to look at LIBERTY and the date and see if both sides are affected. They can be higher or lower in location or a slight rotate with one side higher and the other lower.
