Nope not a double die, but it is a small lamination error, good find and good eye. Especially for circulation!

I always like to ponder the history that a coin represents.

In 1910, Halley's Comet was visible, the first radio broadcast occurred, and Connie Mack's Philadelphia Athletics dominated baseball. Mother Theresa, David Niven, and Bonnie and Clyde were born. Mark Twain, Julia Ward Howe, Florence Nightingale, and Leo Tolstoy died. There were only 8,000 automobiles and 150 miles of paved roads in the United States, less than 10% of homes had telephones, California had a smaller population than Missouri, and the average hourly wage was twenty-two cents.
